Visualize and manage your sales pipeline

Pipeline View

The pipeline view shows all your deals organized by stage. Drag and drop deals between stages to update their status.

Default Stages

StageDescription
NewFresh leads that haven't been contacted yet
ContactedInitial outreach has been made
QualifiedLead has been qualified as a potential customer
ProposalA proposal or quote has been sent
WonDeal closed successfully
LostDeal did not close

Customizing Stages

You can rename, add, or remove pipeline stages to match your sales process. Go to Settings > General to customize your pipeline.
