Managing and tracking your sales leads

Adding Leads

Add leads to Ottly Sales manually or through integrations:

  • Manual: Click Add Lead and fill in contact details
  • Import: Upload a CSV file with your existing leads
  • Web Form: Capture leads from your website automatically

Lead Details

Each lead includes:

  • Contact information (name, email, company, phone)
  • Status (new, contacted, qualified, proposal, won, lost)
  • Notes and activity history
  • AI-generated insights and suggestions

Filtering and Searching

Use filters to find specific leads by status, source, date, or custom tags. The search bar supports natural language — try "leads from last week" or "uncontacted leads."
