Billing
Plans, payments, and usage
Plans
Ottly offers plans for different needs:
- Free: Basic access to all products with usage limits
- Pro: Full access with higher limits and priority AI processing
- Team: Everything in Pro plus collaboration features
View your current plan and available upgrades in Settings > Billing.
Payment Methods
Add or update your payment method:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Payment Method
- Add a credit or debit card
- Your card is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
Usage
Track your AI usage across all Ottly products:
- AI Requests: Number of AI interactions used this billing period
- Storage: Files and images stored in Vault
- Automations: Number of workflow executions
Cancellation
You can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
